in the future..

So i have always wanted to dye my hair blue but since i'm asian and my original hair colour is like black-dark brown i have to bleach it first or does it works this way for other hair colours as well?

Anyway i told my mom before hand that i wanted blue but when we were at the salon last saturday and after she heard that i had to bleach first, she disapproved. So, i can't wait to get outta this country, out of this house, out of my mom's boundary which is like probably 3-4 years more :( Because when i go to university i want to go Australia or anywhere with 4 seasons like i've always fancied and get my way with anything and everything !
