Raspberry cake + short update
Hello again!
Sorry for being not blogging for a month plus?! ( I didn't realise it has been that long :O )
So, yeah I attempted to bake a Raspberry cake back in early August.
Mash up all the raspberries and sieve out the juice, we don't need them juice.
I drank the juice after and it was soooooo sour :O
Mix the batter right and move it in for baking.
The recipe I followed didn't say how I should put the raspberries, so I just a few drops of mashed raspberries after every layer of batter.
DONE!! :D
I think I did not bad hahaha considering I usually burn my cakes :'D

Funny how I was just talking about being in Week 3 of school in my previous post because right now, I'm in my first week of term break!! :D
First week but already back from my trip. I went to Bangkok for 4days 3 nights for shopping with just my mom, sister, cousin sister and two aunts!! :D
It was such a rush, I don't think I even had 8 hours of sleep on any of the nights..
ANYWAYS, will be blogging about that soon!
