18th Birthday treats

18th Birthday.. That was like last August, can't believe I'm only blogging about it now, like about 5 months later?? :O

Anyways! It was one of those nights when my aunt was out of SG again, my mom brought my sis and I to Indochine at Super Tree, Gardens by the bay. 

 Would be pretty chill to sit out here if you weren't afraid of heights haha

Calamari to start off !

 (Wow my hair looked so... dry and.. little? where'd my hair go?!)

 SMOKED DUCK AHHHHHHH!!! THIS IS LIKE THE BEST I EVER TASTED!!!!!

& The yellow thing is like sweet potato puree I think? 

Just scoop a little onto a slice of that duck then it's like ;

Reminded me of this scene!! haha!

 I think this was fish? xD

But I remember the pear was good. It's like boiled a little. Soft on the outside but still slightly crunchy in the inside. Yumms ! :)

The chicken was normal I guess? Since.. I don't remember it.

But the sauce was good! (if you like garlic) and the rice too! it had raisins in it :D
After dinner, we went up to the opened air bar.
 I wouldn't say I know much about alcoholic drinks now but back then, I knew nothing so I left my mom to order for me.

I got champagne plus mango I think? It was really really good but pricey as well.. It was like $25++??
Mom got gin and tonic for herself & sis just had iced lemon tea x)

My aunt came back a week later and as promised, lunch buffet!! :D
This time, we went to to T3 of Changi Airport.
But not much pics of food etc though I brought my camera, I forgot to charge it haha

 There were more local dishes than western.. But buffets, to me, weren't about the food. It was always the desserts!! :D
