splits for noobs

Felt kinda guilty just watching tv shows and korean dramas for almost the whole day so I thought I should do something tonight.. and I decided why not try some stretches?
Then from stretching for 15mins, I then moved on to find 'how to do splits for beginners' videos on Youtube and found out how un-flexible I am lol.
Very determined right now to at least get much closer to the ground before school reopens.
& that means I have about 3weeks-ish! :D
Hahah but right now my fingers and legs are shaking a bit..
I'm super out of shape and I've been eating a lot.
Also need to get started on my core workout and squats again..
All da food making their way there D:
Guess I'll update on my split a week or two later!
